Upon realizing the work that needed to be done to clean up our existing 27ft. 1991 Prowler, not to mention how stressful it was going to be to live in such a small space, we began looking for something new. We found this new 31ft. 2010 Sprinter to foot the bill. It has 2 slides, and plenty of space for all of us to peacefully live for the next month (although, admittedly, with all the appointments and things to do, we really didn't spend that much time at the Thousand Trails campground in Chehalis, WA. But, when we did, it sure was nice!)

This is our master bedroom. We each have a nightstand and closet on our side of the bed, as well as overhead cabinets.
I love this kitchen! In our Prowler, if anyone was cooking or in anyway standing in the "hallway" everyone else had to be sitting down or outside. But, with the slideout in this area, it is a nice open space which makes cooking much more peaceful.
This is the other side of the kitchen area, I love the U-shaped dining area and the nice spacious couch.
This is Erika's loft bed. As you can see, they have plenty of space below her bed to store their toys and clothing.
This is the reason we bought this particular trailer! Michael's bunk folds up out of the way, so the kids can use the bottom bunk as a daybed where they can sit and play. Under that bottom bunk, there is a trundle bed that pulls out. We take the mattress out and lay it in the kitchen area for Jessy, that way since he typically stays up later and wakes up earlier than the other 2, he doesn't bother them. But, he has an official "bed" which he has never had in our trailer before.
One of the benefits of staying at a Thousand Trails property (besides the fact that we get to stay free, thanks to Greg's parents) is all the activities that they host. On Saturdays, they pull out this large tarp and set up a fun "slip and slide" for the kids to play on. In this picture is Erika sliding down.

Michael's unique style. We had a great time at the Thousand Trails and look forward to spending more time there and less time driving back and forth to appointments in Portland next summer. It's a nice thought, but knowing already that Jessy has to have surgery on his left hip to remove the metal plates and screws that were placed in there this summer, I'm sure next summer will be just as busy.
