To celebrate mother's day, Greg and the kids bought me some flowers. But, since flowers eventually die, they bought Ryuku glass flowers so they will always be pretty!
We decided to spend the day in Itoman at the Ryuku glass factory. We got to watch the talented men blow the glass.
Then we had fun wandering through the stores and seeing all the beautiful glass.
In the end, I chose 2 glass fish. I think they are cute!
What a great day! It is amazing to watch them making all these wonderful blown glass treasures. I promise to take you there when you come visit! (hint, hint. . . )
