Well, Michael went to his pediatrician this morning. That meeting went well. The only thing that Dr. Montoya suggested was that he would put a referral in for Michael to see the child psychologist so he could have some help discussing his feelings regarding the bullying and to help provide him with strategies to help him cope. We discussed whether or not the ADHD meds would be appropriate due to the impulsiveness of this act, but nothing was decided today and he did not prescribe anything.
We also met with Family Advocacy this afternoon. Although it was a bit stressful to begin with, we left feeling pretty good about things. The social worker complimented us on how we handle our family and didn't see any reason why this would go any further. That said, it still has to go to a hearing where they will decide (a)Did an incident happen? (yes). and (b)Was it severe? (no). He feels that after that hearing, that should be the end of this. I will keep you posted as we continue to move through this.

Again at a lost for words. Not really knowing what to say other than I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Keep up the great work you and Greg do with you family. I love you guys, and wish only the best for you all.
