Weekend Update! We had a fairly quiet, restful weekend. Exhibit A: What happens when Jessy plays himself into oblivion!
The kids have been driving us crazy about spending their Easter money/allowance. We have been trying to instill saving their money to buy something they really want, not just 100Y store toys, etc. So, when we went to "Make Man" (somewhat of a home improvement store, but also carries lots of other stuff, including a pet section.) We (meaning me and the kids) always go look at the puppies and kitties. This time, there were no puppies because they were remodeling. So, since we didn't have any puppies to look at, we went and looked at the fish. Michael has been wanting fish since we got here (he misses Greg's 60 gallon fish tank. We've always had a tank full of beautiful fish.) He found a small aquarium and said he wanted one. When we looked at the prices, we explained to him that he had enough money to buy the fish tank, but not enough yet for the fish. We decided that was OK since the tank would have to cycle anyway. Here is Michael with his tank (Japanese fish food and all), but no fish!
Stay tuned! Our kids get their allowance on Fridays, so I would guess that next weekend you will see some fish in here!
The good thing about the fish tank, it was a perfect motivator for a clean room. At least one kids' room is spotless, now!

Michael that is too cool. We love to watch fish, they are so pretty. What a great way to spend your money. Way to go. We will be watching for your fish!!
